Shipping policy

The Backyard Farm uses USPS exclusively to ship our products. If for some reason you require a different shipping method, please feel free to contact me prior to purchase to discuss.

Current turnaround time is 10-15 business days (Monday-Thursday, excluding holidays) on fully customized items, 2-7 business days for items that are ready to ship or ready to personalize. This does not included transit time.

Route Shipping Protection is automatically added to your cart during checkout process and is highly recommended. You may choose to remove this protection from your cart, but understand that I will not replace or refund any uninsured products damaged, lost or stolen during transit. 

Once I have shipped an order, I do not have control over how long it takes to be received.
