All of my digital designs are high resolution, png or svg images that can be used for a variety of projects. Once purchased, you will be able to download your digital design immediately and then upload into the software of your choice or just open up and print or send to your cutting software! Designs can be resized to your own specifications as well.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

All digital images by Jaks are for personal use as well as small business commercial use as defined below.

Digital images cannot be shared or re-sold in any way, this includes 3rd party printers. Some exclusions may apply, so contact me if you have questions.

You cannot make any changes to this file for resell.

Small Business Commercial use:

This is defined as using Jaks Digital Designs on other products such as tumblers, tees, cards, etc. less than 100 times total.

*Designs are not to be altered in any way. You may use my designs along with other designs as long as my designs are not altered.

*You may not use them for any type of printed transfer to sell.

*If you will exceed 100 total products, you will need to purchase an extended commercial license directly from me.

*You may not include any part of my images in designs to be copyrighted or trademarked.

*When using images on social media, you should put your own watermark over the images. I suggest always using mockups.

*No refunds on digital designs will be given.

Jaks owns all rights to all digital designs and by purchasing any image you agree to all terms and conditions stated.
